1. Our Commitment

At Jharkhand Fresh, we are committed to delivering the highest quality fresh milk and coconut water. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we'll make it right.

2. Quality Issues

If you receive products that are not fresh or of poor quality, you must report within 1 hour:

• Contact us within 1 hour of delivery via WhatsApp along with the appropriate proof as image of milk pack + poor quality milk
• For milk: Provide clear photos of both the packet and deteriorated milk quality
• For coconut water: Report quality issues with product details
• We will provide a full refund or replacement
• No questions asked - your satisfaction is guaranteed

3. Order Cancellation

• Before Processing: Full refund if cancelled before order processing
• After Processing: Cancellation allowed up to 12 hours before delivery
• During Delivery: No cancellation once delivery is in progress
• Subscription Orders: Can be paused or cancelled anytime

4. Delivery Issues

If your order is not delivered or delivered to the wrong address:

• Full refund or redelivery at no extra cost
• Immediate resolution within 2 hours
• Compensation for any inconvenience caused

5. Refund Process

• Processing Time: 24-48 hours after approval
• Payment Method: Refunded to original payment method
• Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
• UPI/Wallet: Instant to 24 hours
• Cash Orders: Refunded during next delivery or bank transfer

6. Subscription Refunds

• Unused portion of subscription can be refunded
• Cancellation takes effect from next billing cycle
• Pro-rated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
• No penalty for early cancellation
