3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate delivery information
• Be available to receive deliveries during scheduled times
• Make payments as agreed
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

4. Orders and Payments

• All orders are subject to availability
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment must be made at the time of order or delivery
• We accept cash, UPI, and card payments
• Subscription plans are billed according to chosen frequency

5. Delivery Policy

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary
• We deliver to select areas in Jharkhand
• Delivery charges may apply based on location
• Customers must be available to receive deliveries

6. Refund and Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled up to 2 hours before delivery
• Refunds for quality issues will be processed within 24 hours
• Subscription cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method

We guarantee the freshness and quality of our products. If you're not satisfied with any product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Jharkhand Fresh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
